Casa Manolo Sevilla Reviews
Great little eaterie outside the city centre Nov 13, 2010
Located just off the bridge of Isabel II, this restaurant is a great little place near the markets and away from the general tourist crowds in the centre of Seville. The location is not hard to get to at all, very straightforward indeed with the basic of maps.
The customers are generally locals and the odd tourist (very rarely) who have ventured off the beaten path. The food range is good, from classic tapas dishes to the dish of the day. They also serve a range of soft drinks, tea and coffee, and some alcoholic drinks. The price range is very reasonable too, and better than the overpriced tourist places you usually find.
I ordered the paella and some olives, and the quality was very good. The service was fast, polite and efficient. They don’t really speak English, so you might need to brush up on a couple of Spanish words! However, they have the menu on the walls, so there should be something that you will recognise as a good choice!
I really liked this place and would go back there if I was in Sevilla. Recommended.
