Casa Los Jicaros

While the breakfast and price are disappointing the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is also helpful in this quiet hotel not far from the center of town. While there is a disco and restaurant that are within walking distance many other hotels in the city would require a taxi. We enjoyed a nice Mexican restuarant called Fogocito that was only a few blocks away and just to relax actually went to the Crowne Hotel

This hotel doesn't have a generator which was disappointing for the price since there are occassional electric failures in the city. Since electric is needed to keep the showers running we had to do a bucket bath before going one morning, but at least they provided the bukcet and water.
