Booked this hotel last Valentines of 09. We thought its kinda cheap for 900 but it is NOT. We've been fooled by the good reviews we've read... They claim 'NO BROWNOUT' since they have a generator, but on our first nyt and it is brownout in palawan, their generator can only handle lights and not the aircon so it was very hot in our room.. I'm just glad that the receptionist lend us her fan... tsk
Note also that the price DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST, not even a free coffee as compared with other inns with same or cheaper price! Still, we ordered a breakfast set with a coffee. The coffee was served instantly but the food was served after some some minutes when our cofee is already cold! tsk tsk!
I forgot to mention that the rooms DO NOT HAVE TELEVISION SET so we'd rather stay outside or sleep early!!! That's the biggest diappointment for us!
On the bathroom, there is a sign that they support the water conservation campaign but their toilet bowl and shower have a leak!
The room is really spacious, and you can hear people in the next room because of thin wood division even if they are just in normal tone. It will WAKE YOU UP! The floor is also made up of woods so you can here squeaking sounds of your footsteps and the next rooms' occupants... Somewhat irritating!
On the other hand, the rooms are well maintained even if the place is already old, also clean and spacious. You can also relax in the garden. And the location is great. Kinabuch and KaLui are just walking distance. The place is kinda popular and is owned by actor Matthew Mendoza, Mamang tricy told us. :)

This beautiful guesthouse is situated on a quiet alley in Puerto Princessa and has a lovely courtyard garden. The food is good, the rooms are spacious and clean. Reservation is often necessary, get a written confirmation of your reservation if you can!
