The 4 star Casa da Moura is situated inside the ramparts and scarcely within 5 minutes walking distance of the town centre of Lagos. It was built from an existing building using all the front parts of the building on the ground floor; the manor house has a height of 4 meters from floor level to ceiling; wood lined ceilings; wide corridors plus stone and wooden floors.
