Great for kids... Aug 02, 2008
Since I live outside of Pittsburgh I've been to the center mulitple times - especailly for school fieldtrips. It's a great place to go! They have a WWII (I think it's WWII) submarine you can tour, an Omni-Max theater that shows great films and also a Planetariam (which is pretty cool). Then they also have lots of different exhibits which change throughout the year. They also now have a new Sports Complex which is really cool (no matter what your age!). So I would defiitely recommend it if you have kids or pre-teens - or just really like science. It's a neat place to go!
