Italian food of very good quality May 04, 2009
Carmine Spiro is the owner of this restaurant. Do not let the location scare you of to visit this restaurant. Because this restaurant is located on a very strange place near the Clarion hotel.

When you enter the restaurant, you will be supprised. Fancy tables and a nice decorated interior. The restaurant gives us the impression that it is also one for students to learn how to really serve dinner at a table. We were served very well. It was classy. The water was stored near the table in a wine cooler, and they took care we did not run out of water. For the first course we had a green salat with balsamico dressing, next a small cup with citron ice. After that the main course. Like Salmon, broccoli and potato croquette, or veal with mozarella and penne. Or Penne with a meat/wine sauce. 4 cappucino, campari and cola. This costs 99$. It may sound expensive, but for this restaurant it was not. And in america you have to pay extra for the tip. About 10 or 15%.

Balsamico, there are several kinds of different bottles here in Holland. They have the dressings for salad, they have much liquid content like vinegar bottles, also there is much syrup like content, which is slightly thicker. Can use it for everything, soup, salad, dessert, etc...
