Carlton Copenhagen Reviews
Nice place but a bit pricy Jun 22, 2011
I went to Carlton with some of my colleagues; it was the first time for but some of them had been there many times. It turned out that Carlton was a quite pleasant place to hang-out in the late afternoon. The place is a bright and airy café, where you also can eat. It is situated on the newly redeveloped Halmtorvet in the Vesterbro area of central Copenhagen.
The waiters were fast and always kept an eye out for our needs, and since we were only drinking beer I can’t evaluate their food. I found their prices in the high end but the place was also quite trendy. I really liked the paintings that they had on the walls at the time I was there. The walls are used as an exhibition area for different artists and all the paintings are for sale.
