Great food, delicious fries!! Nov 18, 2007
The Main Street Grill is owned by the folks who own Firestone Grill in San Luis Obispo, they have twin menus and similar atmospheres. Both Main St. and Firestone have the most delicious seasonsed fries- so if you like fries then order a whole bowl (and that’s just for yourself!)!! A personal favorite of mine is the garden burger and the veggie sandwich, which has delicious avocado, cheese and sprouts with yummy cheese. A great place for burgers, ribs, roast chicken and pulled pork as well if that's your thing.

I really liked this place. A great place for good, old-fashioned
American food. Servings are huge and super cheap-- we're talking about
two dollars for a basket of fries big enough for a family of 5, and
meaty, juicy burgers done right. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and
enjoyed it a lot. Order at the counter and the food will be ready in a
minute. The restaurant seems quite popular, as well. Not a gourmet
burger (buns were just your basic stock burger buns), but tasty and
filling. I wish I had one of these in my neighborhood!

This is an cheap and decent place to eat right off Highway 1 in
Cambria. It seems like there is only one big street in Cambria, so it
shouldn't be too hard to find. They serve mostly American food, like
burgers and fries, with some slight variants like swordfish sandwiches
thrown in for good measure. I had a a dish called "The Pig", which
consisted of shredded, barbequed pork on a sandwich bun. The bread
could have tasted better, but the meat was pretty tasty. The best part
about this place is that it is dirt cheap. Most of the entrees are less
than $5 and a huge bucket of fries only costs $1.39.
