White stairs to heaven... Dec 17, 2012
After resting one night, I got up before the sunrise and went for a stroll around the town. Staying in center has advantages because it is on the top of the hill, and you have kind of a good view of where to go. I went towards another hill because I saw some steps going up to the small chapel called Capilla El Calvario. Steps are pretty wide so that chapel must be of importance for religious pilgrimage. Part of the hill is a park that is surprisingly well maintained and interesting. I have never seen preserve park so close to the city center.

Chapel is fairly simple with wooden columns and few artifacts. Next to the church are few buildings where there were two bands practicing their music. I set there, enjoyed the view of the sunrise and the city, and even had a company of the small white rabbit… (I was looking for a rabbit hole, but none available in the area :P)
