I like to write. I don't write particularly well, but I do it anyway. Recounting experiences and emotions are more important than just dry, I-went-here-and-saw-this facts. I like to try to pull the reader along with me. Anyway, if it works, then great. If you like it, even better.

Cape Town. Here i come. Cape Town is a nice city to stay with international people, energetic streets, pristine scenery, but risky nighttime.Originally, i was not supposed to go to Cape Town as i needed to spend
N$8xx for the bus ride. However, i was glad that i did spend a week to
come back down here.

This is my own little Big Adventure made possible by my fabulous family. The trip will take me to India, LA, Cook Isl, New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia & Africa. I hope to gain worldy wisdom or, failing that, at least a nice tan! x

My new friend, Lo, and I left Cape Town about 8am this morning and went on a touristy-tour of the Cape. It was worth every penny! We drove along the beautiful coast and stoped to see the penguins at Simon's bay, went for a cycle along Cape point and hiked up to the Cape of Good Hope. I needed to get out of the city and see nature's beauty like that. I feel very fit these days...all the excersize (hiking/cycling) and good food I've been having. My diet is anything but limited these days. It is...

After flying for more than 18 hours I finally arrived in Cape Town. Whoow what a sight it is to fly into Cape Town and to see the Table Mountain as back drop to the city!
Being a little bit jet lagged I decided to head staight to the Ashanti Travellers lodge, my home for the next few days.

My step father is from South Africa so it makes it easy to go back again and again because I have free places to stay in almost every city in SA and Swaziland! I took off the last week of uni for the semester (screw finals!) and headed to South Africa for my month long winter break.
After a LONG flight from Denver --> Atlanta --> Cape Verde --> Cape Town we finally arrived! That first morning we were meeting my sister's friends from Finland, Jenni and Annika, who woul...

All the day I was on the trip with buzzbus. We visited seal colony and pengins then we rode bikes near Cape point and finally wandered around Cape of Good Hope and lighthouse. Nice trip.
