Some friends and I stopped in Cantina Laredo for some gourmet mexican food. The Cantina Laredo we went to was located in Huntsville, Alabama. They have more locations in 10 other states.
I must say the food was great. I ordered the Botanas platter which includes tacos al pastor, chicken fajita quesadillas, chili con queso, stuffed jalepenos and beef, shrimp, and vegatable skewers. I also ordered a couple of their signature margaritas to wash the food down. I must say the food and drinks were very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service was fantastic as well.
