Lucky us, the royal family had to stay be…

I mean, I guess you could, but I didn't. I guess I was waiting for them to build an amusement park on the high street or something, …

go on a day trip with the Arcadia crew even though I came through SUNY
New Paltz. If that means nothing to you, just know that I totally got
to take advantage of the system today. First stop as a freeloader was
Canterbury. …

Again, just what the title implies. I was leaving the UK in about a week and figured you couldn't beat twenty-pound bus fare roundtrip.

An early morning for some saw us loading the car with bags, food and the odd, and i mean the odd bottle of drink. This was a trip that had been planned for months. Although it had been changed time and time again. With tickets bought back in november we were finally on the road to see the Metal ban…

On my way back to France (for 5 short days to see family), I stopped at Canterbury (Kent) before taking the ferryboat in Dover. Unfortunately, I only had one hour. I planned just to sit at a terrace watching the place with the cathedral as a quiet break. It did not go like that at all!
I have to a…

This is the place i live. A popular place for student to learn and for pilgrims to visit. The pilgrims these days include a large number of travellers from all over the world as well as the religious pilgrims. The city has a large number of places to eat as well as drink. Steeped in history from top to bottom the city as stood the test of time. Invaded by the Romans and resettled by the Saxons. Bombed during the second world war and rebuilt time and again. A really remarkable city.
