Canadian National Arts Center Ottawa Reviews
An evening to remember May 28, 2011
For a lovely evening with high-quality entertainment, the NAC is a must in Ottawa.
The French Theather, directed by Wajdi Mouawad, is amazing and offers original and insighful plays to think about. They are often heavy and philosophical, but it pays-off!
The English Theather is very often contrieved and redundant, doing shakespearian plays and classics. But if you like to re-visit the stuff you know an love, their aesthetics are lovely and the actors are excellent.
The dance numbers that are chosen in the programmation are well researched and the best in Canada. They have mostly contemporary dance and experimental, but ballet is sometimes on the menu too.
The staff is very helpful if you have any questions and if you are a student, you can get any ticket at 12$ if you buy it the day bfore, a steal!
Look out for the Opera Lyra, high-end opera productions for cheap tickets! A great deal for the show your in for!
Part of the list Top 10 for downtown Ottawa
