The best Camping right on the beach! Apr 09, 2008
Camping on the Gulf campground in Destin, Florida is I believe one of the best. I love the fact, that you are right on the beach. There are some campers on sand!! The bath houses are super clean, and you get your own private family style room. Includes shower, sink, toilet, and mirrors. There is also two ingound swimming pools, during the winter months one is domed. Playground for the kids, a casting lake for the inner fisherman. It just is a really great place for anyone. And being right on the gulf of mexico adds alot! Just make sure to get your reservation in, considering you usually have to book a year before! Very popular place!
