This is a campground/hostel located about 25 minute walk from the old town of Prague. There is also a tram that is a block away from the site and drops you off in the center within ten minutes. The campsites are clean with plenty of room. I did not check out the hostel so I have no idea what it was like inside the building aside from the bathroom kitchen area. The owners of the complex are young and very friendly to newcomers. I was most surprised when checking in at how proficient the receptionist's English was. The atmosphere they've created there is light and relaxed. The complex offers a small bar area where you can hang out and sozialise with other people staying there as well as the owners. They also sell ice cream and small snacks at the bar and coffee and tea in the morning. The bathrooms were always clean and tidy. There is also a room next to the bathroom area where there is a kitchen for everyone to use (fridge, stove, microwave, sink). There is also a washer, free of charge, and plenty of racks for drying clothes nearby. They also offer free wifi at the place and all you need to do is ask for the password. There is also a pool nearby for guests to use. The entire site is surrounded by a fence and the front gate is locked after 10 pm. There is a security guard on all night as well; however they don't speak english so well so it can make for some interesting conversations late at night after bar time! I found their prices to be very reasonable considering the prices of other campgrounds that were further away from the center. For two people, a tent and a car it only cost 550 czk/night. Overall, I would highly recommend this place because of the staff/owners and the wonderful atmosphere they have created. The people camping ranged from young adult to families so it created an interesting mix. The campground was pretty quiet at night so it's easy to get a good nights sleep!
