2 rooms - 2 disapointments Mar 21, 2008
I recently stayed at the Cambridge Suites in downtown Toronto and was highly dissatisfied. The original room that we had, had 2 tvs which both were broken, as well as a broken sink that leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and a shower nozzle that felt like you were taking a shower under a garden hose. Because we had asked for 2 beds, and received one...plus all the other factors we switched rooms. In this room, we needed to cover the couch because of a strong smell and obvious white stains all over it. During our stay they messed up our room service, didn't properly clean the room, and were not very helpful to us. We met one friendly person thee whole 4 days we were there.

The hotel is located on the harbourfront. It's a nice location and not a far walk to the Rogers Centre or CN Tower. Parking at the hotel garage is $40 a day for valet or $20 a day for a block and a half away lot. And that was the closest one. …… Our final day in Toronto |
