Caliente Tropics is a clean modest motel with a cute tiki personality and nice touches. Shampoo and conditioner, a microwave on request, frige, large tv, great bed and linens, newer carpet, wallpaper and lounge chair. Good local activity magazine...read entire review at TravelPost.com

The Caliente Tropics is unattended at night Dec 04, 2006
The Caliente Tropics Resort fails to let its guests know that there is not someone on the property or available to attend to emergencies after a certain hour.

Got sent here at the last minute. When I heard "High Desert" I wasn't too thrilled. But I flew into LAX, lucky me got a convertable upgrade. Wasn't so bad. Loved the windmill farm. Not a bad week.… Palm Springs, CA |

So while im going through hell and a half to get to Palm Springs, my friends are already checked in and having a blast without me hahahaha...not that i blame them. Complete with a full bar (err, or sink rather) and CANDY!!! Me likes to have so…… Meanwhile...back at the Bat Cave... |
