In oktober 2000 was ik met een groep Pabo studenten in Canada! geweldig daar! Calgary, Banff, Jasper! echt super mooi! Daar wil ik zeker nog een keer heen!

2008 Summer road trip with my parents through western Canada and the US. Over 5000 miles in two weeks.

It seemed like it took forever! It was like 9 hours give or take,I don't like going by car, I rather go by plane lol. I just listened to my Ipod,slept,looked at magazines,and that's about it.When we got their it was supper time,ate at my uncles and aunts families house,and waited for my grandmas sister and husband to pick us up. We went to their house in Okotoks,went for a drive,looked at scrapbooks,and went in their hot tub! and off to bed!

Mapping out my journey across the US and parts of Canada and Mexico.

After a flight of seven hours, we arrived around 8.00 pm at Calgary, Canada, for a three week roadtrip around the westcoast of Canada. After we picked up our car for the trip, we went to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel it was already dark, so we went to bed early. The trip will begin the next morning.

The flight from Calgary to Glasgow was schedule for 22:00 on June 17,2008. The Flyglobespan flight from Vancouver was late. We boarded close to midnight then sat on on the tarmac. They had some mechanical problems. They served the meal and we sat. The pilot announced that they we looking for a starter part and we should soon be on our way. 02:30 June 18  The flight is scrapped and we are told to come back at 15:00 hours. They need a part from Vancouver. All flight staff vanished. ...

3 sleeps! We leave on Monday for London, so it is definitely crunch time. We're both pretty prepped and pumped, just have to wrap up the loose ends in Canada before we take off! The plane left London Heathrow at 12:30. Air Canada were great. Entertainment with a personal TV choice, you could pick which film you wanted to watch or there was a selction of TV shows and Radio Stations. Food and Drinks just kept on coming. We were well looked after. We arrived in Calgary at 14:30 canadian time and waited another hour while Dad tried to find the car we had hired. Success at last and now we off to the middle of nowhere.
