425 BC Large Temple This is one of the most popular Greek attractions on the West side of Sicily.  The temple measures 190 feet long (61 meters) and 26 meters wide, built upon 4 steps, with a total of 36 columns.  It has no roof and I was told either it was never finished or it was built without a roof on purpose. You have to take some back roads to get here then park in a large parking lot and hike up the hill on a curvy path; trail is dirt and at least in 2003 could not accommod...
