Caipiroska Banyoles Reviews
surfer on acid Sep 22, 2008
this is inspired by ratu and his booze recipes...
i met some guys from bamburg, germany and they've never heard of this.
i thought it was my civil duty as a drinker and a bartender to share this with the world...
here it is...
you will need...
malibu or parrot bay coconut rum
pour as many shots of jager as you want to serve
half shots of coconut rum
half shot of pineapple juice
shake like crazy
serve in rocks glass
shoot in unison
for example...4 shots...
4 shots jager
2 shots coconut rum
2 shots pineapple juice
shake, serve and get PLASTERED!!
more to come!!

An easy way to make tones of this Sep 20, 2008
By JC (Learned from Brazilians!)
The recipe for 4 persons or 2 really thirsty ones ;)
1 Bottle Vodka (I prefer Absolut, but could use other brands...)
1 Kg of limes
2kg Of Ice
200-300gr of brown sugar
-Wash all the limes and cut each one in 4 to 8 pieces
-Use a clean glass bottom to extract the juice
-Add the sugar
-Add from 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle of vodka and lets taste it
-Take the bag of Ice and put it inside of more plastic bags (3 or 4 more), throw the ice to the floor many times until it's broken (3 or 4 times should be enough)
-Add the ice and mix carefully until the taste it's ok, the more you remove more sweet (because the sugar is on the bottom)
-10 or 20 minutes after, add the rest of the Vodka, because more Ice turns into water...
For doing Caipirinha change the Vodka for Cachaça(AKA Pinga)
Cost: 10+3+2 = 15 Euros
