Mercanti Caffe is a chic and elegant cafe, situated in Via Dante, just across of Piazza del Duomo.
We especially love the breakfast pastries, nicely displayed as you walk in the cafe. With such a lovely selection of pastries, I was having a hard time deciding as everything looks absolutely delicious. The selection includes pastry with rice pudding filling, but my favourite is pastry with hazelnut chocolate filling. It is really a great way to start the day, with delectable, flaky pastries, fresh from the oven with a nice cup of cappuccino.
