Cafe el Vigia
Cafe el Vigia Guayaquil Reviews
Small and nice bar @ Cerro Sta. Ana - Cafe el Vigia Jul 20, 2009
Cerro Sta. Ana is one of the highlights of Guayaquil. Views and the stairs are gorgeous specially at night.
It was Monday and we were looking for a recommended place, but most of them were closed. The ones open looked too big and empty, but then with found this small one and we'd just have a beer.
Most important: they are open on Mondays! not like many of the others here. They have bar food, like fried patacones and french fries. They serve beer and cocktails, but we were here for a refreshing beer.
They have a balcony and a couple of tables outdoors. They also have some inside, but I'd suggest you to sit down outside and enjoy the view of the stairs and watch the people.
The waiter / administrator was kind and didn't have any problem about explaining the crazy Peruvian about the story of the Cerro Sta. Ana :)
Part of the First time in Ecuador, but definitely not the last one :) travel blog
