Cafe des Inities Paris Reviews
Trendy and quite full in the evening Aug 04, 2011
Cafe des Inities is a trendy cafe situated amongst a haven of cafes at Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau and the small Place des Deax Ecus. The exterior is mainly in the modern style with these plastic woven chairs in black situated around red small and square tables.
I arrived in between hours and there were almost more workers than guests, it seemed like the sport was to move around the tables in order to have as many as possible under their shades.
The cafe also manage an island of outdoor service in the middle of the square where some young women already had occupied some tables before the evening crowd had arrived.
The waitress was a very hip black girl in hair that was put straight up like when you receive an unexpected letter from the tax authorities. She had black stocking on and the shortest pair of short I even could imagine. She was also wearing suede boots and nice white blouse covered by a jeans jacket. She had a young and very beautiful face cornered with green earrings that were larger than teacups. She also had a small piercing above her upper lip and was probably a popular girl in the local nightlife.
On her both her shoulders she had a small tattoo shaped like a knotted ribbon, which her dark skin almost covered up. She was also tattooed on her back between her shoulder blades and on her left thigh – I had way too much time to kill.
Besides all the looks she was an observant waitress, who made sure that her guests had their needs covered. She was still too shy or young in her appearance to throw smiles around like a professional airline hostess, but she would get there because she used it to reward the regulars.
When I received my beer, which was quite fast after that I had given the order, it was served together with a small glass of olives without stones, which was a nice surprise. Shortly after a tin cup of popcorn arrived too.
It was really a nice place to hang out at and already at my second beer the bar was almost full. It was a typical place that people were hanging out at after work and there were loads of colleagues meeting there in circles around one table that kept on getting bigger and bigger. More and more people arrived at the next groups that arrived had to go to their indoor area.
