Wonderful cafe in a quaint little town in Germany only a short distance from Munich May 20, 2008
Location was perfect. I got off the train and walked to this place with my little wheely suitcase. I stumbled upon the place on Monday afternoon on a German holiday when most of the stores were closed.
The menu was plentiful (only in German) and had seasonal specials. The presentation of the food was very nice. I was taking a photo of my plate when one of the staff stopped by my table and politely asked (in English) if I would like him to take a photo so I could be in it. The meal was delicious and the staff was wonderful. They even called a cab for me when I was ready to leave because my hotel was too far away for me to walk. I highly recommend this cafe. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
