Cafe Habano
Cafe Habano Reviews
Jan 11, 2007
In the Palermo district of Buenos Aires lies this small cigar shop/cafe with the most incredible combination of food, wine, and Cuban cigars. Nestled among apartments and storefronts in this beautiful With couches and lounge chairs, international magazines, and homely decor, it's like being a guest in a rich person's living room, complete with a wine cellar of amazing malbecs, and an entire room devoted to cigars. The food merely accompanies all the other delights, however the sandwich I had there was one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. Thin slices of prosciutto, atop fresh sliced peaches, stacked above a grilled chicken breast. Accompanied with fried potato slices. The price, around $6. Throw in a bottle of '02 Malbec and a Cohiba and you've got a great day ahead of you!
