Cafe Diem Coffee House - Ames - TravBuddy

Cafe Diem has anything you might need at a coffee shop: different kinds of coffee drinks, a big variety of teas, Italian sodas, sandwiches, soups and a lot more. When you order a sandwich, you get the choice of a side of chips or carrots, which I thought was kind of cute. It seemed to be a favourite of the locals; there were quite a few people in there for lunch. There were also a few students hunched over their laptops, doing homework, I am sure, or maybe surfing the net because of the free access Cafe Diem offers.
A nice touch was the photographs of local landscapes, depicting the different seasons. I really enjoyed the comfortable sofas and armchairs at Cafe Diem to relax on.
