Cafe Del Mar Reviews

Thank the good people that decided to franchise Spain's famous Cafe Del Mar to Singapore!
Cafe Del Mar's located 5 minutes away from the Beach Station at Sentosa, and could be reached via the monorail from Vivo city, and then a free shuttle ride from the station. Imagine a lazy weekend afternoon chilling to some of the finest lounge musice in the pool.. or a fun night out in swimwear and sipping belinis in the jacuzzi.. that's what people do at Cafe Del Mar.. It's a combination of a club, restaurant, and beach sofas.. I haven't tried the food but I've heard decent comments. The drinks menu is not extensive, but the friendly waiters are responsive to special requests, and I've had my drinks done pretty much to my liking. On my first visit, I was lucky to lounge a lazy Sunday afternoon away on one of those oh-so-comfortable beach beds.. The view of the sunset's amazing around 6.30pm, and the music's groovy, with lots of people watching and spacing out to do.. On my second visit, I went around midnight, and it was fun to watch friends dunking each other into the pools, couples soaking up in the jacuzzis, and of course, having my beach sofa to lounge on with good company and great music. I'd definitely visit the place again for the relaxing atmosphere and a slightest taste of Spanish beach parties :p |

Last night was Sallie's 21st birthday so we went to this place called Cafe Del Mar on Sentosa which is a small island right off the coast of Singapore, we just took a taxi over a short bridge to get there. It was one of the coolest places I have ever been too. It was right… Contraptions of Singapore! |
