Café Szparka Warsaw Reviews
Nice place with a good ambiance Jul 04, 2010
We were almost coming to an end with our visit in Poland for this time and yet again it had been a wonderful stay with many great sights and visits to some great places to eat and drink. Our last meal was at a lunch restaurant that Ewelina knew quite well.
Café Szeparka was a colourful experience and far from as fast as a normal day Ewelina ensured us. We ordered our lunch and the drinks and even though that there were almost nobody in the place; it took long time before we had anything to drink and ridiculous long time before we got the food. The food was actually quite nice and tasty, but we almost had to “fast food” it down, because the airport and our departure were calling for us.
The café as such was really nice, with a large outdoor service facing the square and I really liked the colours which were kept in a pinkish, deep red colour together with the dark furniture. I also liked the fact that there were sculptures displayed and I really enjoyed pop-art paintings that they had on their walls.
It was a nice place but the waiters and the kitchen had an off day speed-wise, while the food was quite good and tasty.
