Very descent famous luxery Oct 08, 2010
Located in one of the neighbourhoods with the best atmosphere of the city. Cobblestone streets, lantern lighted and full of good bars and restaurants. Reube is famous because of a Dutch carnival song. The atmosphere in the restaurant is quite and with old fasioned luxery. The menu is very small, but has some great courses on it. Next to the French and Dutch kitchen on the main menu, there's a Italian menu. No pizzas, but nice spagetti or canaloni. The seasoning of the food is brilliant. If you take two or more courses they present a 'amuse', fresh ice scrapings with a little liquor from the house. The price is reasonable, not cheap and not expensive either. A point of critic is that they don't change the menu very often. Definately worth a visit though!
