Delicious cheesecake at De Boterwaag Aug 12, 2010
During tea time I decided to have a break from my shopping in one of the many restaurants in Den Haag. As I am not that familiar there, I just chose a restaurant. And it turned out to be a good one.

De Boterwaag is a large café/restaurant with a large terrace. They serve lunch and dinner, nine different kinds of beer on the tap and other drinks. I chose for a nice cup of tea with homemade white chocolate cheesecake. It was delicious! It even inspired me to make the same cheesecake at home. I also took a look at the menu card, which with dishes such as spaghetti, carpaccio, monk fish and ravioli was quite broad. The prices were not higher than 16 euros.

The staff was friendly and fast and the atmosphere was very nice. I'm pretty sure that with the many kinds of beer they sell, the atmosphere at night is good too. I would definitely recommend De Boterwaag.
