Café La Fontaine Fez Reviews
Watching the fountain while having a cuppa Oct 27, 2013
There are lots of small local all over the new town of Fes so you got lots of places to choose from if you just want a glass of coffee or mint tea. They all seem to serve pretty much the same - and appeal to the same kind of clientele (men of all ages).
So you won’t have to go far if you got a craving for your next caffeine fix or a mint tea. Since everywhere is pretty much the same you can choose to go by location instead. The café along Hassan II Avenue with the best location is without a doubt the Café la Fontaine. It is located right down at the big fountain at Place de la Resistance. You can sit here for a while watching the traffic and life at the square with the fountain and at late afternoon you can sit and watch all the storks fly from the area where they had their daily feed to their night quarters.
