Café Charlot - loads of fun Aug 20, 2009
Rue de Bretagne is a very nice street with a lot of small shops but also a waste number of cafés that especially at night time come to live. We stayed at a hotel just around the corner so when the first cafe closed this one was still open to get the last drink for the evening.

The café is a very traditional Parisians with loads of small tables and chairs outside. Even in the late evening it was full of people and when we went back after our car in the morning a lot of people were sitting there enjoying their breakfast. Their sign on the window says that it is open from 7am-2am almost around the clock.

I truly liked the place and there was a good and open ambiance.

Charlot Restaurant – Paris Sep 07, 2008
The food was served in style, took effort to eat but worth every bite. Won’t be doing seafood like that again. What really took me was the service. Not only classy but friendly, lively and even though they were very busy they looked or made it look like they were more than pleased to serve you. Ok there was one lady that was kinda pffff! But Marlene and Faldi were gems. Even Batman would replace Alfred with them. Note: It’s under Plays and Performance because that’s exactly what it was.
