My first big trip. It was little bit too much spontaneous and disorganized but finally everything ends good. I just lost my cell and somebody stole me 100€ (which where half of all my money)... just ;), but nevertheless I really enjoy the trip. I believe that the next one will be more lucky.

4 Days and 2 Nights in Lisboa:
just perfect for a short trip, but as there are no shoe stores in Lisboa selling size 40 (UK 6.5, US 9) it's totally out of the question for a longer stay... :P j/k

What originally brought me to Lisbon was The Optimus Alive festival, with headliner Rage Against the Machine. Other than a fantastic rock festival, I discovered an area so enchanting with astonishing natural beauty, which took my by surprise as it's seemingly outside the usual euro tourism radar. Incredible coastlines, classic moorish architecture, stunningly lush mountainous forests, delicious seafood & warm weather with deep blue skies. Yep.

We came on friday night and on Saturday went around the city, then on the Sunday we rented a scooter an made a trip to Sesimbra, Sentubal and came back across the Bridge of Vasco de Gama, on Moday we went west to Cascais,Cabo da Roca and Sintra.Monday night was briliant in a fado pub!!

From February 23 till March 5, 2006 I went on a school trip. We visited Portugal, Spain, and Tenerife. The trip was a cultural experience that I will never forget, and I would never want to.
