Cabinas Playa Samara
Cabinas Playa Samara Reviews
Nov 30, 2006Without a doubt, this is the worst accomodation in Samara, and prob in most of Costa Rica, unless you find Dead moths, Spider webs, dust, dirt, stains in your musty room ok. The bathroom is private between yourself and your neighbours, as there was a giant hole in the wall, allowing anyone to look in, and also for the wildlife to poke its head in too. The toliet did flush, but smelled something awful.. The shower consisted of a cold leaky pipe, no shower curtain tho. The entrance door, was wonky and loose, we had a padlock to secure it. Which we had to rent at 1,000c The beds where covered in dust and stains, and there was no sheets, the mozzie guards on the cell window was broken. To stay a night at the Cabinas will cost you 5,000c during the week and 10,000 at the weekend. this is per person.. We left after 3hours, we couldnt stand it, it was not a safe place, i do not reconmend any women staying there, we was very scared, because the Cabinas also doubles as a drug den and brothel. I think the only ppl who would stay there, are surfers and men to spend there money on a underaged girl. Without a doubt the worse place i have ever stayed, and i have slept in tents with leaky roofs, and cobweb covered barns, but this was something else!!! I warn anyone thinking of traveling to Samara, to please not stay there, it is not a nice place... Part of the Central and South America 2006/2007 travel blog |
