The Cab In hotel chain has 3 or 4 hotels in Copenhagen and they are relatively cheap (from about DKK 525). They are located very close to the city center - one just behind Tivoli and another one close to Forum. The rooms are small but clean and since Copenhagen is a fairly expensive city, and there is so much to do in Copenhagen - you would not want to stay in the room..! I belive the Cab In hotels have internet connections in the lobby but not in the rooms.
