Experiencing Caramoan with CMC Apr 19, 2011
Discovering this idyllic place, we find ourselves filled with a yearning to linger here, where time stands still and beauty overwhelms. :)

Being in Caramoan for the second time is really an experience to share. Our Caramoan trip is made wonderful by the sumptuous food CMC Villa Caramoan prepared for us every meal. The viands range from meat, vegetables, fish, and sea foods. We just do hope lobster is included. Ahhaha...Generally, the semi- buffet is indeed a complete meal. Sleep is calm in our room for the a/c is working properly, yet in one of my companion's room the a/c didn't work properly so it ended up to uncomfortable sleeps. Taking a bath early in the morning is not a problem. The hot & cold water is just perfect to unfold the day. We just do hope trashcan is provided for cleanliness is a must! Our first day trip is what we called a coaster ride for big waves welcomed us with just a small boat to carry us. We went to Matukad Island and Lajos Island. I just hope Tayak Lagoon is included in the itinerary for I heard that place is indeed worth seeing. Our second day is a walk to remember for we were lost is a beautiful paradise. We set foot to Manlaue; it's like a dessert of fine white sandbars during low tides. It is as if we’re in a paradise of endless skies, with a backdrop of a green tropical island and clear ocean waters gently rushing to our feet. We encountered sea stars as well as beds of sea grasses. We went to CMC's very own Bosdak Beach where we enjoyed the free unlimited buko. We just do hope that improvements will be done to it. Before the afternoon fold, we visited Sabitang Laya, the favorite shooting spot of Survivors, for indeed there are magnificent rock formations, even Mary's image is formed there. To culminate the trip, we had a pilgrimage to the peak of Caglago Mountain in Barangay Tabgon where Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary is situated. The steps we made are worthwhile for at the peak the view of Caramoan Peninsula is stunning.

We do appreciate the beauty that Caramoan peninsula as well as its islands has to offer. Indeed a beauty that God has perfectly created. I just do hope that it will not be abused by the people who have the power to do so, for this beauty belongs to the people.
