It is an uncooked,unpressed,with a washed rind,whole and unpasteurised goat's milk cheese only produced handmade on small farms in tne same area(Aravis,Bauges and Chablais) and in the same way as Reblochon.
It is 9 to 12 cm in diameter,3 to 4,5 cm high and weighs 200 to 250g.
It is aged at least three weeks on spruce wood shelves in the same caves as Reblochon.
It has a soft and supple texture with mushrooms aroma.
