Interests
Most of all Traveling and experiencing the cultural differences, but when Im not traveling i fill my time with listening and optimizing my hifi-speaker system. And seeing different kinds of Sci-fi TV shows or perhaps im out taking pictures?
I also enjoy hiking and camping in the mountains, catching your own fish and just get away from the everyday hassle. Books you might find in my backpack
Music you might find me listening to while waiting for my plane
Most Memorable Travel Experience
Not quite sure since all places are special in its own way, but its easy to remember to things like being robbed (Manila,Budapest,Oslo,Santos) or being bought lunch by locals in Caloocan,Manila, even tough i had a camera bag that where worth over two years salary, that really touched me.
Or Perhaps being dragged around in Vienna to a illegal "all you can drink for 10euro" and smoking weed. The driver where pulled over for drunken driving later that night to get a 2000euro fine and drivers license and still they continued to party! Most crazy party goers ive ever met. -Experience corruption in Nantong,China. To pay 300USD just for throwing a Marlboro down on the street. They told me never to return, a promise I'm going to keep. -Working with people from all over the world. -Being robbed by a girl that seemed so nice and was my local tour guide. At the end of the day she stole my camera. Staying at a friend and he managed to say "Ohh, Helga, Ich kome in der sofa!" Its german and means: Oh Helga , Im having an ejaculation in the sofa. And the worst thing is that he meant it. End of story Being Invited to join a pro-cycle team when i cycled as a trip. I cycled past some people at a pro cycling team and they where very impressed with me Profile
Im Currently working on ferry marketed as "Fjord Cruise" from Flåm to Gudvangen so you can just send me a message and perhaps i can help you plan your trip or anything else.
22 Year old travel-o-maniac.. Current occupation Nautical Student longing to get out on the seven seas again, I do have the D5L Certificate which means that i can work as a captain on small boats/ships (upto 500tons). If anyone have a sailing boat and are looking for a Captain, Im the guy! Im stuck here in Bergen and cant wait until im out sailing around the world again. I have been working both in North Sea for 1month and two years in International trade. My plan is to travel around the world for a couple of years before i settle down with wife and kids (Cant picture myself getting old alone), somehow Im quite sure that it would be very unpopular to be away for most of the time when you have serious commitments at home. I do host couchsurfers if i have the time. Love to hear what other people have experienced during their travels and what they think about my hometown. Living 30min walk from the Train/Bus Station if anyone are interested or just a 5min busride I do have a problem with stuttering , especially in English when im nervous ,but when i calm down its getting a lot better. I believe that all people is equal , skin colour , any personal defects , and races are equal. People are responsible for their own actions.
