Before leaving Brisbane for our drive back to Sydney, Shane and I picked up my best friend Renee to give her a ride back to Sydney. We stopped in Byron for a few hours to take a quick look around and grab a bite to eat. Hi everyone, from our detour to Nimbin, we headed back towards Byron Bay not knowing their was a Blues Festival on because it was Easter Weekend. Saturday: I arrived in Byron Bay at 8:00ish in the morning and there was a guy with a green surfboard from the Byron Bay YHA who was waiting for the people staying there to show us to the hostel. Eastern Australia - with so many great places to visit. I visited Brisbane and the surrounding region, Cairns, and Sydney over five weeks. My first overseas trip. If every trip I take is this good, then watch out world because I'm coming.

See what I did there? Yeah, genius. Well, everyone apart from us, probably. Traveled to Australia in my midsemester break. Was awesome and I fell in love - unfortunately they discovered the koala under my jacket when I left Australia ! damn life sucks ;)
