Bvlgari Resort - Bali

The Bulgari/Bvlgari Resort in Bali is located near the village of Pecatu and the stunning clifftop site of the Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple, on the island’s far southwestern tip. Uniquely positioned at more than 150 metres above the sea shore, the resort offers unrivalled views across the Indian Ocean.
This place is probably the most luxurious and most romantic resort I've ever stayed at. Natural lava stone walls, alang-alang thatch roofs and elegant bronze lanterns characterize the entrance of each villa. The entrance gate is inspired by those typical of traditional Balinese courtyard houses. The bedroom benefits from views across the terrace and the ocean, while the bathroom features floor-to-ceiling glass, looking out onto an enclosed private courtyard garden. The open-air living area pavilion includes an informal dining lounge. A private sundeck for relaxation and a plunge pool perfectly complete the layout. Sometimes, you will even see a monkey passing by!
Each villa is decorated with Balinese antique pieces of art and features Bang and Olufsen audio and visual systems. All accommodations offer an extensive range of amenities and butler service to anticipate guest needs.
There is an Italian restaurant (The Il Ristorante) and an international/Indonesian cuisine (Sangkar) on the premises, as well as the Bar, all offering gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. And for the spa lovers, they have a spa, too!
I just can't say enough about this place, so you probably should check out their website if you're willing to throw down at least 800USD per night.
There is only one other Bvlgari Resort, and that one is in Milano Italy.
