Buxton Overview

Buxton is a Spa town in the county of Derbyshire, England and is often described as 'the gateway to the Peak District National Park' and is most famous for its fabulous Spa water, which in my opinion rivals no other. There is still a working spa fountain in the centre of the town where the water can be obtained for free which many people take advantage of.

Buxton offers magnificent architecture, stunning scenery and is an ideal base for climbing, caving, mountain biking, walking, bird watching, horse riding, gliding and much much more, due to its close proximity to the Derbyshire Hills around it.
