Burren Adventures Scuba Diving - Ballyvaghan - TravBuddy

This outfit has a shop in Ballyvaughn but they do many of their dives at other locations.  One of the trips they do frequently, that I unfortunatly missed, is a dive by the Cliffs of Moher.  I'm sure that would be great.

I made a reservation with them by email before arriving and, although they are generally closed on Mondays, they came out and the owner escorted me on his own.  Very nice.   The price, in hindsight, was a bit pricy.  It was 40Euro for each 1 tank dive, and 35Euro for equipment rental.  I'm not sure if that was just because I was solo or if that's their standard rate.  A two tank dive with equipment rental would be 115Euro. 

While the price was a bit high compared to other location's I've been this was one of my most enjoyable dives.  The water was clear, there was a lot of aquatic life to see, and the divemaster was very nice.  I highly recommend this company and I'm sure their prices will adjust soon as they are relativly new to the area.
