Burger King in Lucerne

I would in general not write a review on a Burger King but from my last trip in Switzerland I felt that I had too.

Lucerne might be the most visited Swiss city but as in all other cities in Switzerland the night life sucks; I know it is a blunt statement but having travelled a lot in the country, visited a lot of cities and spend some time searching for a nightlife; my conclusion is that I surrender to my bed every time still full with energy.

After having had a good night out in town until midnight, we were a couple of guys that wanted something to eat. After being turned down numerous times, we had to satisfy with Burger King!!!. In most other cities I know you always have places where you can get descent food after midnight.

When we entered, we were naturally the only persons in the place and we were very hungry after walking around for more than an hour in our search. My friends were much hungrier than me and they went for XXXL burgers, which I never had heard about before in Europe; but I am not a burger bar person. The burgers were huge; almost like a house with several floors. I had never seen anything so grouse.
My friends were full quickly because they could not handle these enormous monsters of a burger; I guess that the eyes had gone wild when they ordered.

Otherwise the girl behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. We got what wanted and were ready for further hours in the non-existing night life of Lucerne.
