Buondi Cafe Lisbon Reviews
Chinese Buffet in Central Lisbon Sep 05, 2010
The name of this place is actually "Wok Oriental". The other name was on the window and is probably the type of coffee they serve.
I had an enjoyable meal at this place lateon a Sunday evening. While a fixed price buffet isn't unusual, what I liked about this place is that you can fill your plate with various meat, shrimp, squid, and vegetables, and then take them to the next counter where they are stir-fried to your specification. The sauces are numbered 1-7 in order of spice. I tried the number 5 first, and it was very mild; the second plate at 6 was enough to raise a mild sweat.
The price for all-you-can-eat with a pot of green tea and a small portion of ice-cream (1.60 extra) came to 12.05 euros. Certainly good value.
They also offer a menu service, but I didn't inspect it.
