Bugsy's is a pub that is at a crossroads between the US and British Embassies and the French Ministry of the Interior. Any given workday, you can expect to rub elbows with diplomats who are out to grab a bite to eat for lunch, or meeting with co-workers for a quick drink after work. It's usually fairly crowded, especially around lunch time, so if you're there for a sandwich or a burger, expect to squeeze in at the bar or wait around for a while for a table. Pictures of famous American gangsters from the 1920's adorn the walls, adding to the overall "speak-easy" atmosphere. The food is your typical American fair - sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc. Not many tourists come here, as it's fairly out-of-the-way and unknown, except in certain circles.
