Bryggen Asian Cooking

The restaurant opened in June 2008. Interior is nice and minimalistic in white and black colours inspired from Asia.

The menu offers food for every taste. All dishes includes dipping and sauce in different spices.

Taste and smell of well known spices inspired from Asia is qualities that make your meal a pleasant experience.

This evening I am celebrating summer vacation with some of my friends. We choosed different dishes from the menu and all of us were very satisfied with the food we were served.

The waitress was service minded and told us about the different dishes.

Some of us had Asian beer and some of us had red wine.

The restaurant is by the Old Town Bridge, you almost have to walk on the bridge to get in.

I`ll range this restaurant as one of the best serving Asian food in Trondheim.
