Mount Bromo located at east java. To reach this place you must take plane or other public transport from Surabaya to Malang.
Mount Bromo is an active volcano, to get there you ride on small ponys to the stairway to heaven. After climbing hundreds of stairs to the top you are on the rim of the active volcano, there is hot steam and sulphure rising from inside the crater and cool air rising from the valley below. You sit along the edge at dawn and watch the sunrise - a magical experiance not to be missed.
