    Got on the weekly "Outback Explorer" countrylink train today which goes to Sydney.  We weren't going quite that far, just as far as Katoomba, just 12 hours away.  There weren't many stops but that was probably because there weren't many towns. One stop at a place called Darnick really was in the middle of nowhere, there were no visible signs of life just a flight of stairs alongside the railway track in order to get onto the train.  Much of the morning was spent passing th...
