British Columbia Overview

British Columbia, the Canadian West, is an incredible place. Full of mountains, rivers, lakes, forests, beaches, and ocean there is never short supply of outdoor activities.

British Columbians will be found fishing, swimming, running, hiking, driving around on all-terrain vehicles, biking, sailing, water skiing/wake boarding, skiing/snowboarding and rollerblading.

They eat a lot of seafood in British Columbia and as a result sushi is also extremely popular. Tourists are often seen leaving the country with bags full of packaged smoked salmon. The smoked salmon cream cheese bagel is fabulous.
