One of the best things to in brisbane is catch a city cat and cruise along the river and get off wherever you feel inclined. The city cat stops at places like Southbank, Brisbane city, Riverside centre & newfarm park. all good places to see around the city. Very relaxing and cheap as well. My tip would be to catch one on sunday because there are Some good markets on at Southbank & the riverside centre

A great way to see the city of Brisbane is to get on the City Cat Ferry and take it to one of the many stops around Brisbane city.
The City Cat Ferry goes down the Brisbane river. We got on at Brett's Wharf and got off at South Bank Parklands. I recommend taking the City Cat Ferry its very scenic trip down the Brisbane river and it stops off at some great places around Brisbane City.
